Kava, is very great! I am happy about each shell. I had 1L of 2L made with 85-90grams Ofa's Kava root.
Although I brought the kava to work with me, I didn't drink kava until the work was over and I had a small sip on tg fhe way home.
Finished 1 of 2 jars!
More of this kava remains for the drinking. Music uplifting, room warm, I'll have one more shell, and it's close to bedtime after that.
Tongan kava! Been -30 a couple mornings. I love the cold! Malo.
