I just found a great Heady kava. Its very stimulating and balanced. It does not have a sedating effect but it has a relaxing effect. You have to take it in the morning, I now use their Micronized product, seems slightly stronger than the Traditional and only need to add a heaping teaspoon to my protein shake. It creates a initial buzz from 1-3 hours and then you feel awesome all day and then one of the most restful sleeps ever with no hangover. I found it on Amazon but they also have a website and a great Q&A section at www.tuikava.org I have tried almost every kava on Amazon and this rates highest so far for Heady kava. If you want Heavy you will need a different one. But I like to get the most out of my days.
