Up and Coming Kava Cities of the USA

I'm a kava enthusiast who's been living outside my home country of the USA for the past 6 years. I'm looking to move back in a few months to set up my very own kava bar.

So the question is, if you had total geographic flexibility and wanted to open a kava bar, where in the USA would you choose to live and run a bar?

Houston, Texas is the 4th largest city in the US and largest without a Kava bar. It’s also one of the most diverse North American cities. Sounds perfect to me.
