User Tagging Now Active

In a conversation you may tag the person you're responding to by using the @ symbol, and then their username.

For demonstration purposes I will tag @Vekta just to show that it works. When you begin to to type their username it will show a drop down menu of the users that match what you type. Click the username and that user will be alerted that you are speaking to them in the alert tab.
