I love this stuff. For a while, I was a big Tongan Pride fan, but this stuff takes the prize. It makes me happy, increases my sense of humor, lowers my self-consciousness, allows me to appreciate the moment, and helps my writing. It's mild tasting, easy to drink, and doesn't make me depressed like some of the more DHM heavy kavas.
This is what I'd always hoped kava would be: a mildly stimulating, gentle mood-booster with a calm clarity that allows for easy, clear communication, while increasing my patience for finding the exact word when I'm working. All this, plus easy sleep, and (with proper hydration) no hangover or mood disturbance the next day. Great!
