valactones and their respective effects?

I was wondering if someone could give me a summary of what each of the main six kavalactones will give which effect? I know that (4) kavain s mostly euphoric but what about the other 5? Another thing that would help immensely is what kind of chemo types you can expect from a given region, for example one from Vanuatu will most likely have this chemotype compared to a an hiwa. What is the (debatable) perfect chemo type for taste and effects? I understand this is highly subjective and variable but I am just trying to get an idea on which region feels like what. It seems like there is a ton of variation due to each farm naming their kava differently so I would like to break it down by region to lessen the confusion. There seem to be some real kava experts here and I look forward to discussing and learning about this wonderful root. Thanks

Kava By Rex has a table of the six major Kavalactones. As to the chemo-types by region you may have to do some serious research to find specifics. Someone here may know them or where to find that information though.
