Very finely ground. Smells alright, not great. It tasted absolutely wretched, but maybe that's because I didn't chill it first. I was impatient.
This is a very nice, mild baseline Vanuatu kava. They don't give out any information about the strain but if I had to compare it, I'd say it's probably closest to melo melo. Feeling nice and floaty in the head with a bit of muscle relaxation and sedation to go along with it.
Pretty good value for the price, but I'll be skipping it in the future due to the grind.
