What milk/fats changes in the preparation of Kava?

A lot of people say that such prepared Kava with fats works stronger but also more with a Heavy profile. Do any other than the basic 6 kavalactones come out. Isn't it that more DHM is being mined? Are any Kavalactones mined in smaller quantities?

Fats generally change the absorption rate of the kavalactones. You get krunk faster and harder because you're pulling those lactones into your system faster, or so they say. I'm one that doesn't observe this happening for myself. Adding fats wont change the chemotype of the kava, but can hit you harder and make it feel more sedative if you're sensitive to it.

I hypothesize that kavain and other heady KLs absorb more easily than DHK and DHM, and that adding fat helps those 2 lactones more readily. I've had a session of a heady kava turn a bit heavy after eating a high-fat meal. But it never really boosts headiness for me.
