Kava Curious
I am looking for a kava extract I can take during the day when I am stressed out or want to focus on music.
I would try Paradise Kava's extract in a heartbeat, but I am almost certain it has lots of carbs with the flavoring and I have no more room in my day for any more carbs (I am on a strict low carb diet).
Are there any kava extracts that are good and do not contain carb-loaded sweeteners?
