I don't know how to navigate in the forums but I remember seeing something before in how to prepare, etc. I Just got my order in from ghk of micronized & medium grind. But I don't see a suggested serving size. I purchased the sample pack which includes instant but I know instant just nothing else. Sorry & Thank you

Serving size varies by person, @wilde7. Recommendations seem to be to start low-ish and then work your way up. As for micronized, just stir it into liquid and drink it. I don't have a lot of familiarity with micronized, but I find that a heaping 1/2 cup of medium grind to 2 cups of water works for me.

so far i havent felt anything due to RT. Let me know the taste difference between micro and medium root though.. i think micro taste horrible and i heard root powder is even worse
