You can get it at any health food store or GNC. It doesn't really matter where you get it from though. In my opinion lecithin is lecithin. But I would recommend getting the granule kind

I got mine at GNC. A pound of granules was 15$ and it's lasted me almost a year and I've still got about 1/3 of it left. You can likely get it cheaper on line, but would have to pay shipping.

GNC is the fastest and easiest way to go about it.

We're doing without Soy in 2013.

Playing with an Organic sunflower lecithin from Italy. Excellent stuff.
That sounds good to me,sunflower seeds are an important part of my crazy pea seed-eating diet.  I will search for this new thing .  Once again Adil!!!  Continue to do what you love and we will follow you:)

I have heard mixed reviews as too whether it actually works, and i'm leaning towards "yes" it does as every time i've mixed it in a brew, i've been delightfully surprised with a goodlooking buzz. I guess for the cost, you can't go wrong.

Ive never noticed a difference with it when I mix kava. I throw it in there anyway though because its so good for you in may other ways. Good for cholesterol and an excellent source of choline. Plus it certainly doesnt hurt, lol.

The hepaprotective effect of choline seems worthwhile in and of itself. I add it mostly for the flavor. I have noticed a stronger effect from bacon grease, though.

You do realize half of this forum will now try putting bacon grease in their kava. You need to watch what you say now prince, with great power comes great responsibility ;)

Egg nog works well to. I made some at thanksgiving and it was certainly unique and strong. Not really sure how to gauge the taste, good as opposed to bad and such. I found it much more tasty than plain old warm water with soy froth though, but much more filling. I have a pint left from Christmas and may do it up again.

Phil, did you seriously add bacon grease to a batch of grog? I would commend your valor and selflessness in that action, but be concerned for your arteries though...
