Why did this Kava bar owner have to jump through these hoops?

Because there is so much misinformation on the Internet. Except for some bad apples in Florida, most Kava bars are on the up and up. So I would have the city council in that city call those in the other cities to verify that Kava Bars are safe. Don't let them call Florida because they will get an earful.

I know ... right.. I have never heard of those factors being imposed in a Kava bar. Then again, I don't know much about Kava bars.

Honestly, Kava Bars are for youngsters with play time on their hands. I don't have time for any kind of bars anymore. My partying days are over.
