Would freezing kava make it more powerful?

I was thinking, would soaking the kava for 30 min. in warm water then freezing it overnight make it stronger?  If kavalactones are stored in the cells (someone comment on this?),  then freezing soaked root might rupture the cell walls.  After defrosting, might make for more efficient squeezing..
