I've read that 1 tablespoon of instant Kava is about 5g, it also says the same on my Kalm With Kava Micronized Borongoru package. But when I weigh a heaping teaspoon of the stuff, it's about 5g, which means that a tablespoon should be about 15g, no? So, what am I missing?
I also don't feel anything from 6 heaping teaspoons (in 2 servings, 20-30 mins apart), and I find it hard to believe that reverse tolerance is an issue, because about a month ago I finished 1 pack of Kava Society's Instant, and now i'm halfway through the KWK one, and other than mild nausea sometimes, nothing. I take it on an empty stomach (usually at least 6 hours). It's worth noting that I'm used to stronger sedatives, I used to take hundreds of mg's of Benzos and similiar stuff for about 2 years (I'm clean now).
