Kava Curious
Not much else to say. That's what it's meant to do. It digests cellulose and other polysaccharides that humans normally otherwise can barely digest. Undigested food getting through your GI tract almost always causes the obvious symptoms, very loose and sometimes explosive stool and flatulence.
Was having some annoying trouble with gas until I tried this, and like others say it works. It does also seem to reduce potency a bit so I'm going to try taking kava first, waiting 20 minutes, and then taking it rather than taking the α-GAL (the enzyme in beano) first.
