Best bang for your $$ Micro, instant or root. ((poll))

I've read a few conflicting statements about which kind gives you the best bang for your buck. Do you think it is Micro, Instant, or Root? I'm not sure if it matters from the supplier, but I'm mostly considering GHK or other high quality vendors. Also, possibly post what kind "strain".

I feel I get more bang for my buck, out of root powder. I have tried many of GHKs Micro. I find I end up using, almost as much micro as I do the root powder. Although I do find micro, to be a little easer on the stomach, and by far, a more tastier Kava. Much Love Roaddog....
