Blend time

I always thought a 30 seconds or so in the blender on high was good enough. Today I blended for a good 5:00+ and the amount of pulp left in my nylon strainer was less than 25% of what it was before. If I had blended it 10 minutes I think 95% of pulp would have been liquified. This has gotta equate to more kavalactones I'll absorb. I'll follow up after a few nights.

Nite #1 > Significantly stronger effect but much more gritty which makes sense as the increased blending time decreased pulp size enough to allow much more "neat" through the strainer.
