My liver function tests were once again excellent. I get my blood checked about twice a year for good measure and I always make sure they do the liver test.

Yeah, there are a lot of things in my diet that are way more dangerous than kava. Like Pie and Cake. I saw some numbers creeping up and I told my wife, "No more pie and cake from walmart and I don't care if it is 75% off." I'm on my 2nd cup now and feeling pretty good about everything.
