Additional Review Comments: Very effective. I still need to get my timing straight--It was the weekend so it was a bit easier to find myself with an empty stomach. I might have to start taking this before I leave work and stopping earlier in the evening. Hopefully I will be able to fall asleep easily--I certainly feel like I can.

Edit: Saturday morning. I slept wrong and woke up with a still neck. Thought I'd try the boroguru to loosen it up a bit. The neck still hurts a bit but the rest of me feels pretty good.

Good Review Kimmer. I also found the Boroguru to have "Heavy Effects". It was like taking a pain pill. So that is my weekend Kava now. After all the work is done around the house, then pull out the old pain killer.
