After watching the TopGear Patagonia special...it's pretty obvious that they really really dislike anyone who might even remotely be British.

Lots of people do for some reason. As if the individual people are responsible for the governments foreign policy...

You can branch out beyond boys and their cars

It's not very common in Vanuatu when given the choice, but there are a couple of bars here that specialize in kava made with fresh coconut water. I've been told that the recipe actually comes from bush villages who sometimes run out of water and turn to coconuts because, well hey, you still have to drink kava at least.
