Mostly early evening after work. But I love a good weekend morning session. Seems to really hit then since my belly is so empty and the house is quiet so I can really listen to the kava before the family gets out of bed.

God i wish i could do that!
My 4yr old is up wayyyyyy to early for me! I guess if i got up at 5am i'd stand a chance. The problem is could i trust myself to have a light session at 5am? Answers on a postcard please?!!
