The most KL extracted was 54%!
The average was way lower.!

@KeepOnKrunkin' It seems like the four key takeaways for effect of preparation method on extraction, in order of significance:

1. Duration of agitation: 120 seconds > 60
2. Water temperature: 45C > 20C
3. 3 cycles of agitation & squeezing > one
4. Agitation: blender > kneading

Is there anything I missed? It seems like there ought to be a better way.
Also, blender is better than kneading????!!! Wow.
The prep is so critical, and not easy. Is there a way to post the key takeaways to make it highly visible.

I wonder how @Deleted User is doing on his research of collecting post prep and analyzing remaining KL.
