Hi all
Has anyone had an issue with eye pain after drinking kava? I have been drinking strong tea daily for at least three weeks now and am experiencing some pain in my eyes the last couple mornings. I am likely over doing it or it could be completely unrelated but I’m taking a break nevertheless.

Do you have a stye? Occasionally, and with heavy consumption, some users have reported (myself included) the formation of styes which can be painful. I would get them regularly when I consumed micronized kava.

No, nothing like that. Yesterday I had a reddish spot on my eye. This morning the red spot was gone and there is just pain. Not severe. Kind of like a sore muscle type thing. ??
