Hello kava lovers,
Heads up that fijikava is half price on their official site and at Coles. This happens once in a blue moon and never lasts long.
Fijikava is the best TGA approved (ie. legal) source I've found here in Aus. I use about 13 capsules as a starting point, emptied out and mixed into water as micro. There's better options on ebay and marketplace but for me these have been seized in the post, it's too much in the legal grey area for them to let it through even interstate.
Yus, taking kava by capsule is not the same, but this is a big blessing for those of us who rely on kava to keep us off nastier substances. You won't get krunk off capsules but for me it still reduces cravings and alleviates anxiety at this dose.
