My first experience drinking kava was about 11 years ago, and I would just drink during family parties and special occasion but for the past 2-years I've turned to drinking kava on the regular as it's helped me with my stress and sleep.

Nothing helps my sleep and stress like kava. Better part of 2 decades now drinking daily and it still eases me to sleep every night.
