But I'm slowly starting to be able to drink kava again. I started off with ROH instant through an alluball then filtered through micron then filtered one more time through cloth, just seeing what was captured even though it was instant was pretty mind boggling, I def don't need all that extra material in my guts. Still get slight discomfort in my side but not nearly as bad as before. Then moved to GHK ikaika with no problems. Will report back soon
