Poll says it all.
I voted no but don’t usually drink caffeine - also voted yes if I over do it, cuz on the rare occasion where kava is actually strong, I have had nights where it put me in a weird uncomfortable half sleep most of the night.
I feel like different things cause my insomnia. Sometimes it's just me not having discipline because I like the quiet alone time at night, sometimes it's the kava and overdoing it, and the rest it's something else all together.
I only slept two hours today, but at least with the kava, my anxiety has been at bay. I’m not as stressed out about it. I’ll fall asleep eventually.
It depends on which Kava you use, but I find in the main Kava first acts as a stimulant, an upper, then when it wears off it becomes a sedative.
