kava and antibiotics.

So I got sick and currently am taking antibiotics as well as tylenol. I wonder if taking meds with kava is not such a good idea. Then again, Being home and feeling weak just calls for some Boroguru.

Definitely don't drink kava and take acetaminophen. That is potentially a dangerous combo.

The antibiotics should be fine. Which one is it?

Amoxicillin. And I did take tylenol yesterday Before kava. I suspected it wasnt a good idea but Boroguru kept calling my name.

I definitely wouldn't take tylenol and kava together, but it looks like there's minimal hepatic metabolism for amoxicillin so there shouldn't be much of an interaction.

Amoxicillin by itself can be rough on the stomach. So keep that in mind.
