Kava constipation cure

Exactly what the title says. We’ve all had the poop discussion in previous threads where kava is like coffee in this way. But when one is hydrated and has issues with going and gut pain, kava can be a god send. I use it both on myself after some vegan cheese pizza affected me and now today mixing a little grog in some gatorade for my special needs son who frequently has gut issues, especially when his father is the one choosing the foods. I know, it’s not recommended for children and all this, but it’s my kid and far better than pinning him down for an enema. He’s angry enough already about the gut pain.

Anywho, another pureposeful use for kava! Huzzah!
