My tolerance to the taste dropped so badly I started to think that I'm not getting over RT yet and the effects I'm having are from being just happy that it's over for a while when I finished the shell.

My tolerance to the taste dropped so badly I started to think that I'm not getting over RT yet and the effects I'm having are from being just happy that it's over for a while when I finished the shell.

For me I have never gotten over the unpleasant taste of kava. When I first start drinking it it's ok but progressively throughout the day it's hard to get down. I have found the best results come from a completely empty stomach even a little food effects my kava.
