Kavalactone dosage per tablespoon

I usually consume about 2 1/2 tablespoons of kava per session, though sometimes I stretch I it to 4. If the kava you use is say, 8% kavalactones, how many milligrams of kavalactones would each tablespoon of root have?

Let's pretend its 10

If you use 3 tablespoons and that equals roughly an ounce ... 28 grams .. well say 30 ..

10 grams a tablespoon = 10,000mg
1,000 of that is kavalactone .
So abut .8 of a gram of kavalactones per tablespoon

Then we get roughly 10 to 15 percent of that in our grog ...
So we're looking at about a liytle less than a 1/5..
Soooo if we have a tablespoon per shell (4oz water)
Each shell has about 80 to 160 mg of kavalactones

No problem alot could vary but thats the ideal situaiton according to the blender method thing Deleted User posted, and basic math lol mixed with rough estimates
