Keeping your strainer bag clean and sanitary ?

So despite my earlier post on this subject I decided to take my bag throw it in a bowl of water and nuke it for a good 4-5 minutes. Started to boil around the 3 minute mark. It definitely cleaned it up quite a bit, and the water was a rather nasty yellow and very oily. So while I have never had an issue with a non-sterilized bag, it certainly can't hurt to give it a boil now and then.

The part that sold me it was how well it cleaned the strainer. A noticeable difference for sure and I’m much more confident that it’s sanitary
