Morning! Trying instant for the first time. I bought Fire Island. I understand that I don’t need as much for instant. I guess just follow the dosing on the bag. But do I need to mix it with a fat source like medium grind?
The bag and all the posts I’ve read here say to mix instant with water or juice (juice is different from anything I read for medium grind - interesting). Everything I read about medium grind said to mix with coconut oil or some other fat source that binds to the kavalactones. Not sure if that’s necessary for instant. I’m so curious about the different activating mechanisms at plan here. Trying to wrap my mind around it all.
