Looks like Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday night is my new kava schedule. Tonight has been quite enjoyable, after a not so enjoyable day.
I think I just need to be careful that I don't use kava to run away from feelings like I used to with alcohol.
And of course, for the sake of accountability, if I ever fear that kava is interrupting the work I'm doing in eating disorder treatment I will stop drinking it until a better time. But for now, especially on Wednesdays I could use some relaxation.
