Hi all,
We've just added two new options to our kava shop (https://kavaeurope.eu/): Bir Kar (single cultivar/traditional grind) and Mighty Roots (a blend of cultivars/traditional grind). As always, both are the same as those sold by the Kava Society (NZ). You can read more about those on their website, plus find some reviews on the kavaforums, we are sure.
Many thanks to everyone who is supporting our small project. We appreciate your business, words of encouragement and happy conversations on kava. We are fighting hard to keep kava legal (and make it approved for more reasonable purposes) in the EU. We hope one day we'll be able to serve freshly prepared kava in a cosy kava bar in Warsaw. In the meantime, thanks again for your online support.

I may have to try some :) Thanks for fighting to keep it legal. What issues is Kava facing in Europe?

Not accepted as food.
Not able to serve it at kavabars in Europe.

Classified as medicine makeing it difficult to import. Depending how the law is interpentated in the specific country you might have the kava confiscated.

Thanks for clarification. Seems like headache for sure. Glad there are a few good companies trying to make it work.
