Hey Everyone! Glad to be here. Just getting started out. Just wondering if anybody has measured how many tablespoons are in a pound of Kava medium grind. Thanks for all the help!

Approximately 32 tbs +/- in a dry pound.

8 level tablespoons is about 50 grams for me. 9 sessions in a one pound bag, ~453 grams, so +/- 72 level tablespoons per pound. Easily 32 heaping tablespoons .

Great! Thanks for info. I'm interested in trying for sleep as my sleep patterns have been terrible since my triplets were born. They are nine now and I still sleep very poorly. Hoping this helps. I am grateful for all the excellent info. I have a sampler from Kalm with Kava coming today go I'll give it a try tonight.
