Currently enjoying my first real experience with kava and thought I'd stop lurking and chime in. Thank you all for the reviews and research. It's made a newb like myself at ease finding and enjoying a decent shell. Currently working on some GHK Moi medium grind, 3 generous tbs in 4 cups water via traditional prep. Once I've had a few more sessions under my belt I'll get a review out but for now, thanks!
