Posting reviews?

How do I post reviews. I bought some Kava and want to shed some light but it wont give me a post review button?

Vendor's Folder > Vendor's product profiles > Vendor product...'submit review' button on bottom right.

This is weird....i still cant find it. Is it blocked for new members perhaps?
