I have been using coconut oil when making kava. Is that a good oil to use?

chlorella tablets from algae for me personally if i take them a hour before my session definitely increase the effect without increasing side effects. Definitely give it a go and report back. Also has a ton of vitamins so if you fast before ur kava it will keep ur nutrients up

Coconut oil is just fine. I like ice cream personally.
