Question re instant vs. micronized

I've done so much reading here, but I keep forgetting where some information is stored. I have BKH Vanuatu Instant Green Kava.
Is this something I can drink more than one cup of? And from a dermopathy perspective, should I strain it?

Don't strain it, and you can drink as much water with it as you want, but I'd dose in tablespoons. One tbsp on an empty stomach and see how you feel, etc.

Wish I had more tart cherry juice--that made a really good mix.
