I was just reading about the Solomon Islands' kava and accidentally found this thread and then got interested in learning more about one of the poster's blog. Apologies if this has caused any discomfort!

No, not at all. I'm actually really curious about Kava in the Solomons. I know it doesn't have a tradition there, and even when I worked there in 2009 it was all but impossible to find.
