Strength and Taste of Traditional Prep

Hi Everyone,

I recently made my first batch of kava using traditional preparation.

Is the strength of taste usually more potent this way, as opposed to...say...instant or micro? My mouth is kind of numb again after not feeling that sensation for a long time. All I have ever used is instant or micro though, so I have no way of knowing.

Absolutely yeah, depending on how thick you mix your micro.

I loved the traditional prep process and am looking forward to trying different root. I can see this is going to be a game changer!

Yep. Traditional can a good deal stronger if done right. First time I tried medium grind Moi I was chill and fuzzy like no other.
