I have to say, my absolute favorite Fiji Vanua kava is their Vanuatu kava.
I just got a pound in the mail and made up a strong couple of shells using the large Alluball shaker and 3 Alluballs.
I feel that warmth tingling and relaxation in my face, head and shoulders.
It has a strong taste but not too terribly strong for Vanuatu kava.
Effects are very powerful and anxiety crushing.
Not very many side effects at all if you don't over do it.
Love the kava
