M moff000 Kava Enthusiast Mar 9, 2016 #4 I started with 3 teaspoons which was ok. During the coarse i had about half of the pack so around 50 grams (quick Kava) Didn't get as rooted as i would if i had a heaped tablespoon of the BKH 11year waka. All in all still ok!
