Wow do I love Kava

Thanks to Edward here. And all the contributers for all the great info I feel im really starting to get on top of things. Hardly drinking and only then socially. Now starting to go places and do things that I'v avoided for years. Things I've done with a drink that were doable but not very easy on kava are gradually getting easier.

Couldnt be happier with Kava.

What strains are you using ?

GhK Nene medium grind. Is my goto. I've tried a few. Micros but they all make me a bit edgy for the first 20 minutes or so.

I just happened to have some GHK Medium grind Nene, on hand.
I think I'll pound some out tonite.

Some say it lacks power. But maybe that's why i like it. Less heady of any iveI tried.
