You won't be able to convince us using logic, my friend. If the Kardashians wanted us to start using the metric system though, we would definitely give it a go.lol. Isn't US one of the only three countries in the world to still use "Queen's system"?? Even the UK has switched to the metric system.

Only if it's not alone in the woods. That looks like a big difference. Is a heaping tablespoon still a tablespoon. This is a life or death question so no pressure.
My kava isnt a liquid at the moment.Only if it's not alone in the woods.
(technically I think a tablespoon is the metal spoon itself made to hold a measured amount of liquid, you can't make a heaping tablespoon of water)
Thank you for edumacating usOK, here's the deal:
The tablespoons you use to eat soup with are not very accurate. It's better to use measuring spoons. For example if you want to measure out 6 tablespoons, use three scoops of a 1/8 cup measuring spoon.
The US and UK standard tablespoon are the same. They both consist of 3 teaspoons, or 15 mL.
The Australian tablespoon is bigger: it consists of 4 teaspoons, or 20 mL.
On average 1 US tablespoon of kava is 8 grams in weight.
Note: In the past I have warned about the dangers of using heaping tablespoons. Don't be a heaper.
Either go with a large heaping tablespoon or sing my kava prep song: "One little, two little, three little tablespoons"My kava isnt a liquid at the moment.
That was very helpful thank you. I will try not to be a heaper.OK, here's the deal:

I like that song and will start using it.Ester go with a large aping tablet poon or sing my kava preppy song: "One little, two little, three little tablespoons"
Gloves help with that flesh boiling feeling. The last few nights I've only been able to get 6 tablespoons down because I've been experimenting with different extractions that are much better at getting all the good stuff out. Let's just say that 130F water nearly burns your hands, but makes some incredibly potent grog without the nastiness of boiled kava
I'll try.In addition to not being a reaper, don't be a dracula!
So 4/5 kava and 1/5 water? It's best to open the bag, rotate it until kava come out of it, rotate back, seal it and drink it. If you look like my avatar when finished, you done good.
What, that's not what I meant. You have to look at the whole context! @I don't know have you been altering quotes? You subversive I don't knowI'll try.
I'll fry.
Well sure. If there's a will there's a way
Sounds goodSo 4/5 kava and 1/5 water?
