Going to be ordering some more Nene in the next few days about a pound and half maybe, was wondering if micro really made that big of a difference over medium grind. I really only toss and wash this stuff anyways and was wondering if it's worth the extra money or not.

The difference between GHK and other micros is that Chris removes the makas from his micros, so it is worth the money. The expert on this strain is @Deleted User01

I haven't tried Nene, but in general I've noticed micros have more of a heady effect, and medium grind has more of a body effect. I don't mean heady like energizing necessarily, just that micros have a bigger impact on my thoughts and less impact on my body.

Yeah I noticed this as well @chandra same with all extracts.
You should definitley attempt a traditional prep @nickbroken it is the full experience. You will eventually encounter some serious dry skin if you continue.
I toss and washed when I first started because I was used to K@, but inevitably I ended up using kava so much that the finest straining I can do is a must or I get just bleh after a few tablespoons.

I've done toss and wash for years. My skin is beautiful as ever... actually I look like the cryptkeeper. I have done traditional a few times. Can I use a sock? I don't have any nylons as I am not a woman or a cross dresser(no offense to cross dresser).

Use an old T-shirt, paint strainer or the nylons I hear they are all less than a buck. Eventually I'd recommend a proper strainer bag. GHK's Micros need not be strained, which is what makes it the best in that class.

But all his kavas are excellent, needless to say, the medium grind is the most affordable. I have mentioned somewhere in here before. GHK doesn't make anything bad, it's a matter of what suits you best (Strain wise).

Yup, Micronized Nene is my name, sleeping like a log is my game. I think it is worth it. It is so convenient (in my case) that all I do is GHK micronized. Nene is my goto last shell of the day. As for the taste, to me it tastes like paper. And that's a big improvement over the normal taste of Kava. Taste is actually not a factor with Micronized. Two gulps and it's gone. If you do medium grind of anything, then make a couple of bottles so you have it on demand and you still have convenience.

To me micro tastes worse than traditional prep. Of course, it isn't like we are drinking it for the taste anyway.

When I do Micronized (which is all the time), I gulp, not taste. And then I washout my mouth and I'm good to go. I make it a point to never taste kava if possible. But I gotta admit, the Nene doesn't taste like much. I think the darker the kava, the less tasty the kava. That's a decent rule of thumb for me.

How is the micro for sublingual ? Medium is Ok I get to chew on roots a bit which is fine, more so when I get a giant root.

How would you say micro Nene is as far as anxiety goes? It's really the only reason I take it and I am seriously debating between a pound of micro Nene or boroguru. Although I did just get a pound of med grind boroguru, but I love that stuff.
