I apologize if this type of question isnt allowed or if I shouldve posted this somewhere else. I'm not exactly wondering if these are safe to take in combination with each other but if it would be safe to take at night when I had a couple tbsp of kava with lunch. Ive read about someone going into a coma or coma like state combining kava with Xanax, but I have no idea how much he took of either or if the story is even true.
It would be great if anyone could share their experience or insight on the matter. Kava is great for sleep but it's still hit or miss for me. I'm incredibly sleep deprived right now, so I would really like to take my Ambien CR tonight to finally get a full night's sleep. My lunchtime nap was unsuccessful
