Lol sometimes i hate my body, i have bad allergies in spring that usually fade so i would imagine that i have issues with histamine. Never had bad reactions like this before in spring its just the cold like symptoms such as sneezing and itchy eyes. I will give it another go with the kava because i honestly like the effects better than alcohol. Im honestly fine as i know my body its more my wife that is more concerned that wanted to take me to the hospital. She will run and tell my parents and my grandparents so it just got blown well out of proportion because than i have to explain 5 times over what kava is...that is not marijuana and does not make you stoned and that 90% of what the internet will tell you is dated studies with little to no validity.yup, for evening sesh you'll want a stronger grog, unless it's an 8 hour sesh and you need to pace yourself.
Nothing wrong with using a blender if you like the convenience. If you're worried about sediment, just do your blending and then pour into a muslin bag for straining, instead of like a metal tea strainer or whatever. I think the only blender issue is if you are then doing a prep like my krunk prep using a tea strainer, the kind with the thin wire mesh. Depending on how fine it is, you could get a bit of sediment in there. But a good bag, whether you knead or not, should catch the "bad" sediment and leave the good silky fine stuff to pass through.
