concerned about a order

I ordered some really nice sounding root Monday. USPS says 'pre shipment'. It literally still says pre-shipment since tuesday.For a 3-4 day shiping speed that's not pre-flight this is your captain speaking turn your stuff off checklist . That is more like: Problem with a fuel injector! (Said in a La Forge from start trek voice). I'm concerned that somethings gone sideways and I have no idea what. I don't know if USPS lost it, didn't scan it, or if it's a problem with the company. I have idea.
Anyone run into that? It'd probably help on my end to know where it is. On the other hand if it's lost that's on USPS. Besides I just want to try this new variety out, and figure out what the foghornin' nether went wrong.

Who did you buy the kava from? You should email that vendor and ask about your order.

From GHK, and I (literally) just talked with the my mail guy he's doing one of the street now. He hasn't seen it. Something something scanning canisters. GHK said something about yeah it's processed. Well here's what the USPS webyweb says:

October 3, 2017, 2:50 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item KURTISTOWN, HI 96760

I can only guess where the snag is. I've tried (nicely!) pinging GHK to check if their was a simple snag. It might be in todays mail, since the dilvery person is getting to my side of the rout. On the other hand since it doesn't say one way or the other if it's even shipped. I simply don't know if their was a snag. I simply want to get to the bottom of the mystery because it is so unusual for GHK to not have their most great stuff out in a reasonable amount of time.

Chris sometimes takes a while to respond to emails. I assume he chewed fresh root and is napping under a tree. But I always get my shipment in one week, my son in Canada gets his in 2 or 3. Has it been over a week and a half?

That's part of what's so weird. Placed the order Monday. I got a automagic note with a order number. GHK up to now has somehow managed to stuff in about 4-5 days. I think once (amusingly) some PapaKea took an extra day.

Edit: It's going from Hawaii to NewMexico(US). ^_^ If that helps figure out what the issue is.

So far it hasn't shown up in today's mail. Wich is concerning. I wonder if their was a SNAFU or misunderstanding.
On a slightly lighter note (or is that medium weight, or dusky?:p). I still have plenty of KavaTimes to enjoy.

Chris has also been dealing with some family stuff so hopefully a temporary delay. My last couple orders from him took 4-5 days to arrive and I live on the east coast.

Ah. yes. well family drama or what ever the case is. That, in my experience, will through several gremlins into any situation.I hope things work out for him and his.
